Talents rlly good, can be played on almost any pos, is a indeoendient pos 1&2.
Mostly the lvl10 talent.
He has been buffed, subtly, for a decent time
Besides a couple changes regarding break and 0.25 hp Regen he has been buffed since 6.8ish era and beyond

when he gets lvl 3, he puts down 2 plague wards, if you walk to lane he gales you and with poison sting right click you're just dead because you literally cant run away anymore
all the while the 4+5 sit mid and destroy your midlaner
later in game you cant freaking blink into teamights because there are netherwards all over the place, if you even have a blink by the time the enemy team starts to group up witz lvl 1 venomous gale killing everyone on your team
It's not really cus he's so op, it's cus all other carries are suffering right now. Safe lane carry is pretty much dead and people gank the shit out of hard carries mid. So guys who can win lanes and fight without tons of farm, like non traditional hard carries like necro and veno, they are winning the meta. Heroes like medusa and spectre aren't, though spec is always strong in pubs.
He can be left alone in hard lanes, get enough gold to fight at 10min and doesn't die without big rotations and the risk of a return kill. Also, forces Supports out of fights unless they accept to die at some point
