it all depends on the lane. Storm snowballs harder, but Arc has higher kill potential in lane & farms faster. Arc also carries harder.

storm farms well but not nearly on arc warden levels
i think storm farms better early but arc warden can farm really fast once his clone becomes more relevant
whats the point of comparing them tho, theyre very different heroes
