I'm so glad they are clarifying on broadcasting rights, because surely that interests the majority of the community more than anything about the release, why keep us in the loop? It's only been 5 months since the last patch after all!
They said in 18th September that they're "trying to finish it in about a month".
I hope they will not blow it, and wait for the next gap or something, but it wouldn't surprise me if they only released it by Christmas time.
