4.9.-5.1 k mmr range is the most difficult bracket you can ever occur if u were never 5k before.
You meet people that dont want to drop back to 4k and tryhards trying to get 5k. Everyone is tryharding. You gotta be playing your A game.
People who pass this bracket usually get 5.5 k afterwards with not that much effort or just hoover around 4.9 and 5.1.
just win games dont lose or lose but rare just make sure u win most games not big philosophy
in the first case you post on dotabuff asking for help, in the last case you accept your skill level and just enjoy the game

My suggestion is to take the ranking more seriously.
Prepare your mind for patience and self control.
Stress negative thinking and bored are enemyes dont play in these mental situations, at least ranked.
Try to be positive and help cooperation whitout forcing team and do your best in game.
