He is just mediocre, still versatile but after all the nerfs he has no point strong enough to make him worth picking.
jugg is still strong in the rights hand and with the right build

jugg is good in all stages of the game.make him a good carry.but not super strong in late game but still great
Manta diffu is still the best build. Just get a soul ring imo solves a lot of his problems.
He has an ult which situationally can remove a hero or more at the start of a fight. And magic immunity. Idk maybe its just not his patch but he will never be horrible
Shaker is picked every game. Shaker shits on jugg. Besides, people still go that trash build on jugg making him more useless
Jugg used to be very strong because he had a strong early game. He had the highest solo-kill potential.
Then the following nerfs happened:
a. Ult range got super nerfed.
b. MS got nerfed.
c. Mini-stun on ult removed (not big but it used to help)
d. Last but definitely not least, other heroes (and the game overall) got their early game buffed with shit like bounty gold, shrines, assist gold, cheaper items, etc, so that's an indirect nerf to Jugg.
Now Jugg is a very 50-50 hero. Like no one goes "shit they picked jugg".
