Riki safelane is ok, but riki doesnt need that much farm, and he get it in offlane, or even roaming+bounties, so in my oppinion riki offlane is best, but safelane is ok also as said before

Picking him for the safe lane makes your other lanes weaker. He can't contest against most offlaners without help. He scales amazingly with farm, but he farms really slowly & he still dies to nukes in 5s without BKB. How is he a good safe lane carry? I think good safe lane carry should be able to match well against offlaner, so supports can rotate.

Instead of just saying "yer 2k shut up" would you mind explaining what situations safelane core riki excels in. Stuff like when to pick him, itemization, ect. For instance, how do you solve the sluggish farming issue, poor lane harassment and sustain, and meh at best tower damage capabilities?

He scales nicely vs heroes with agility but he has awful flash farming or just farming jungle in general since he can't get behind enemies. Thus he will far behind every other carry in the game if he doesn't start getting hero kills by like 8 minutes. Most safe lane carries are farm oriented.

riko veno any hero that can solo lane is good for team early game and can be mostly time game winning if ur team has 20 kils and enemie 3 kils its gg even if u have hard carry riki in team
