Auto-repeater here, super useful for animation cancelling while last hitting as well. Hold right click on unit and just tap S periodically, stop tapping to kill. Very useful for arthritic hands.

I found it so effective while attempted to steal bounty rune from enemy jungle. People tap mouse2 quickly, i just hold it till the bounty appear lul
And also i lazy to repeatedly rightclick on the same position every time... better hold mouse2 lul
