How does bracketing according to profile levels until a certain point sounds? Like accounts with total games below 200 can only matchmake with those similar, while anything above 200 goes to whatever we have now. But I do feel that should a system like this be implemented ranked matches will be an abomination, imagine a papa smurf playing against a legit new player.

but 5 on the enemy,
since you aren't a newly made smurf that means on average enemy will be getting more newly made smurfs and since you proclaim they're worse than the average scrub at your bracket, that means it'll increase your mmr.

I had a lvl 9 player in my team throwing the game who I guess would have not even have played the hero before. The problem is that ranked should be available to only players who have a little experience in the game and atleast know some mechanics rather than just feeding. @cookie I am complaining because that idiot just feed took my stacks and when I told him it's for the carry he told me stfu. All I'm saying is that ranked players should atleast have 150 matches of experience to get a feel of the game and not ruin others.

Seems like Cookie didn't understand the point of topic and tend to assume that all player are smurfing account when matched.
Like I said problem doesn't lie within new account but "behavior of these people". I don't care about grinding MMR because I play only normal matches and some international ranked when I had BP, but this problem will affect DOTA community which is already half-dead.
it has nothing to do with behavior, and behavior score is updated every 20 games
that means 25 matches are more than enough for their behavior score to be set.

Last night I tried to play my solo ranked calibration but 3 of my teammates are recently created account. The newest one was lvl.13 with 50 matches account. I don't know this change is intended or not, but from my perspective this could ruin Ranked match for lower bracket entirely.
As a result of change, these players almost don't have any cost to calibrate again and again with new accounts. Real problem doesn't lie within new account itself, but players because they don't have any obligation to behave themselves or wining the game because they could just jump from no.1 to no.2 account easily if they are dissatisfied all they want.
I doubted that one could climb their MMR with this kind of environment. We shouldn't forget that majority of players are 3k and they will face this problem again and again until they can climb above 3.5k or quit DOTA as long as Valve doesn't change their mind.
