If any of you guys know about the details. Lets see what dotabuff community thinks about issues like morals and redemption.

    Basically: tl;dr
He fixed some matches, life was hard for them, hes sorry and wants to be forgiven.

    ywn

      yes

      Shou

        probably not
solo is the only exception cuz it was shady shit before a rule was properly organized, and its still biting his ass
letting more people go free from this shit is not a good message to send imo

        kAtala

Someone says that life is hard. Someone have been in the same situation as him, and they did not 322. I guess, it's just because they have no chance to 322. Life is really hard. It is all about the mindset of people. But, at the time Dota Community are getting smaller, Valve should do the right thing and give him another chance. In my opinion.

          Bad Intentions

Hey man, everybody deserves a second chance..

            BSJ. LGD

first offence perma bans are stupid imo.

              Seoulmate

                probably

                TripleSteal-

                  no
he even tries to blame his ex teammates

                  Nz Yhwach

yes, he made a mistake in the past, but i've think he learned the lesson

                    inx

                      Also he sold boosting services

                      Songforged

Not at all. He damaged the integrity of the dota scene and of the community, which a lot of people worked so hard to build up. Matchfixing is such a shameful thing to do. It completely ruins e-sports. The fact that he was going through hard times is a terrible excuse. If you're going through hard times, you get a day job, not join an e-sport team and fix a match. This guy also sold boosting services. He willingly ruined the game of tons of people for money.

Those of you who say that he should get a second chance have no clue. Where is the competitiveness if a team willingly throws the game for money. What kind of a shitfest would the game become if match-fixers were given a second chance?

Probably not, south american doto is shady af.

I don't even care about Smash FREE MA BOI DDZ!!!!!!!!!!!

                            Jacked

Harsh penalties are warranted. Match fixing can really ruin the ecosystem.

                              megs

He serves well as an example of what happens when you match fix.

                                UnSure

I personally don't think he does because he knew the rules. After the whole 322 think everyone knew the rules.

I will say that the issue isn't as simple as just giving him a 2nd chance.
It affects other players and games as well. Its sets a precedent.

No. Incredibly hard to spot cheats in esports. It is crucial that the punishments are harsh and a deterrent.

                                    Shou

Why TF shud he get a second chance?

I rape 1 person because life is hard and i cant have a gf. Can i have i second chance?

If hes given second chance all others like ddz will also ask for a second chance. Why there are rules in the first place?

There life gone hard because they invested most if not all of there time and talent in a video game where only the top few are rewarded. And the only place where they could be rewarded by playing this game is the one they did not respect.

Got banned for 2 years then makes a Reddit post wanting u to pity him so he cud maybe get back in

he might deserve some sympathy, but not a second chance.

                                                Shohei Ohtani

if smash gets unbanned, they should unban ddz too.

                                                  ETd

Personally i feel like he should, but as long as the CSGO guys who threw stay banned (ex-iBuyPower), it would be completely unfair if these guys get unbanned.

Actually, nvm. Professional athletes who matchfix can be criminally charged. These guys are already getting off light as it is.

                                                    Dogwater

I agree. If Valve wants esports to be respected then they should keep him banned. Also, it disrespects the players and the games.

This is a particularly retarded comparison though, so it needs to get more attention.

Offtopic here, but what Does the matchfixing mean ? It helps on What kinda way, or What it Does in the game/match?

It's when u decide the outcome of the match for some monetary gain before the match even starts. Usually involves purposeful losing.
