English servers? Is that a joke? On EU everyone is russian anyway. Unless they're ukranian or belarussian.

I have been absent since a year and thinking of making a comeback. I'm just wondering if Russians still play on Eng language servers. Because if they still do, Im gonna first pick Techies Mid on Russian servers every ranked game.
