im not the fan of pa fury cause u have lvl 15 talent, and also if u check 6k mmr guides u barely see fury on their builds
if u buy deso on good timing and killing heroes on map to get 15 fast its better than farming fury, i think!

Get it most games unless you really need to fight early. It stacks with coup de grace and it synergises really well with the triple dagger situationally. PA is a hero which is always fighting and picking off kills and having a bf to flash farm increases the effective time you can fight in the mid-late game. If the other team has illusions or late game carries then it basically a core item.
Skadi is a situatuonal item on pa. You will get better use from regular items like abyssal, bkb and satanic. However skadi is rly nice for the stats. Also in some games it can be optimal to farm a deso and maybe even a bash before building a battle fury. Due to the way PA operates as a hero you can make a ton of gold in the 15-25 minute window with a desolator and that will enable you to futureproof your game by building a battle fury without destroying your power curve by delaying desolator.
it is almost never worth it to go back for a battle fury if you get deso first. The only time its worth going back for is when you need to clear waves quickly. Otherwise it's just better to get other items.

- When should I build a battle fury on PA? Is it only when I'm the team's only lategame carry and we have early game? Or can I build it whenever, as long as I have a good enough start to get in a timely fashion?I usually skip it entirely unless I'm against illusion heroes, but I want to know if I can do that differently.
- I've seen a lot of people building treads instead of phases on the hero; any reason for that? Does it tie into the battlefury/no battlefury question, or is it a personal preference thing?
- Is Skadi an acceptable item on this hero?
