idk, maybe create a smurf so u can practicd and keep up with the difficulty of the bracket
creating smurfs isnt such a bad move for me,since i feel im still get outskilled by those fucking rank 100 bastards so playing without pressure and getting into my rank is actually helpful
wat..youre divine 4 already and here i am rotting in low priority..cant even play because of power interruption and internet issues..
The role specialization part . Whenever i try to main a role , the matches i start getting are those in which i never get that role xD For example I recently mained carry pos 1 . And im pretty sure im my next games half of the time i aint getting my hero . So i have to practice other roles and in the mean time , when i practice other role , i get out of practice for pos 1 ,cuz I dont play dota that much :(
My special hero on the other hand , im pretty sure i can get a bit more mmr as I am with alchemist but i feel like cheating when i play that hero man it feels bad . I want to get good in dota overall .
Im gonna think about the smurf . Thanks
i think the smurf acc isnt actually a bad idea coz ure not smurfing to shit on herald/guardian its sort of like an alt acc for you to practice on and like mr faechiru said playing without pressure like you can play whatever u want without worrying much
But what should i keep the mmr on my smurf acc? If its 5k its the same shit . If its 4k acc , then isnt it better to just play normal cuz i get matched with 4.5ks in normal . While with 5k-5.5ks in ranked in this id
Reddit : complain about someone smurfing and how it ruin community
Every db people : guyss i am smurfing loll u suck
Why we see so much difference even tho we play same game lol, or maybe redditor just retarded idk
smurfing is actually ruining the game yes, you match players with a gap of skill, what could go wrong?
U start from 3.5k anyway, whats wrong with that?
I have a fetish of raping egoistical 4k mmr returds
U need to know how to play as team and pick good heroes every game that is the minimum requirement
i dont know any other way to practice except by doing that and watching replays, you got a solution? lmao
it probably doesnt ruin the game that much cause literally most of people doing it
@Ashes , used to be nightstalker and invoker . Now its alchemist cuz u get more money (ง ͠° ͟ل͜ ͡°)
Ok here's a peace of advise.
Just spam Alc in pos 1 n 2 for mmr.
'f ya losin, git gud son :.)
"im pretty sure i can get a bit more mmr as I am with alchemist but i feel like cheating when i play that hero man it feels bad . I want to get good in dota overall ."
part of the game is the draft. knowing when to pick these last pick heroes is part of being a good player. overreliance last pick cheese heroes is when you don't get better as a player overall because you -require- a highly favourable draft to make up for other aspects of the game that you're weaker at e.g. mechanics, late game decision making et cetera, in order for games to be evenly matched.
that's why people who only spam last pick heroes play like shit when they don't get to do it. because when your draft almost wins the game by itself you have more room for error and therefore you can play worse yet still be able to win. but when you are playing a different hero/draft that has lower margin for error, mistakes that could be made before and go unpunished can now lose games.
the same applies to braindead pos 5s like warlock and abaddon. if you can heal your carry in lane and cast spells occasionally that's most of the hero. playing them will increase your mmr but won't make you much better as a player. on a positive note at least you recognise this fact which is why you've said that you feel bad playing these free win alch games.
im not saying to never pick alch when it's a good game for it, just don't rely on it to win games, especially with people using the dota plus overlay thing that checks peoples profiles. which is probably more popular as you get higher mmr because people care more about winning.
its good to have these situational last picks in your pocket but at the same time you also need the safe heroes because you can't control when you're given radiant/dire or 9th/10th pick
Its actually about preferences . Alche when played standardly doesnt scale too good . So the sweet time to end games with alche is like 20-30 mins . Any later and u are depending on ur luck . But if u wanna play alche physical , better pick a different hero . Or just do it if u are unfortunately picked alche and are 100% sure u aint gonna end in 20-35 mins .
So if u are that old school kind of guy who wants to fight as early as possible and wanna 1v5 and go next game. With really good understanding of pushing( u dont push well ur t1 will die in 10 mins and u done for) , pressure (u give them space after farm gg) , ganking(u dont gank) and farming patterns(this one is tricky for alche , but just stack camps) u can get alche anywhere its not bout 4k-5k . And its honestly the same with most cheese heroes like meeps brood . U die once or twice in ur sweet time 20-30 mins , if u lose the game later its ur fault . And essentially what that means is to be better than the bracket u are in . Cuz otherwise u ARE gonna die a few times .
I pick alche because i found out ,naturally I dont throw games with massive snowball lead (except with spec fuck) . And i trained my farming abilities due to practice . So my luck and practice forms alchemist .
I see, if ur against something like feachairu mid or something and u pick alch, expect to get 5 last hits at 5 mins
it's all about raw talent, son, nothing else.
hardwork is a meme
i reached 5500 mmr after like 1000 games,but i played on a shitty pc,30 fps.
