Is this real life? A Dota 2 player confess that he is the problem not his team.
Good on you dude.

@legendaryHD yes. I used to be the type that would flame alot and not gonna lie, on bad days I will probably be vocal on the mic but I know to stop playing dota after that frustrating game for the day. However, i just set a few rules while usually help me focus on my own game regarding losses which are:
1) one loss doesnt matter over the long run if you try your best every game, you will improve.
2) two losses in a row and im done for that session/day
Good on you man. Just takes a little introspection, hopefully more DotA players will do the same.
One person being toxic can often trigger other otherwise neutral players and then cause the game to go down in flames. More energy is spent on arguing with one another than playing, morale and team cohesion drops, and the likelihood of another player inting, trolling or just giving up goes up tremendously.
Nice rules you put in place too- shows self awareness. You realize that on a bad streak you're more likely to slip back into old habits so you stop playing to just cut it off.

Well tbh I still have that problem, everytime I lost the game I feel like I want to play more and the more I play the more focus I lost resulting in more losses, and from Sunday I have tried to back off myself from playing more after usually 2 losses and doing other thing in between.
yup @demonictrashcan, it really helps and it also prevents me from falling into the mental pit/addiction of playing til you win you know?

Used to be really toxic and flamy, got a better mentality and started playing to improve/have a good time and now I am finally free of sub 50% winrate.
just a small personal accomplishment I wanted to share
