if u deserved vhs (around 4k) you would have more than 60% winrate in normal skill (2k) games

Get better. Idk if abusing stats and such crap works, but if it works, it will work for a while and then you will return back to the bracket you were in.
To get better, watch streams, analyze their every move. Notice how they keep track of high CD abilities, bkb timers, rosh/aegis timer. Keep checking your enemy's items, neutral items, maybe talents. If you notice that the enemy core bought an expensive item, big chance is that they don't have gold for buyback, sometimes you can use this to your advantage. Keep looking at the minimap after landing every last hit, with this you should get into VHS very easily.

If you were divine 3 six months ago, getting VHS should come without even trying. I am sure if you just do whatever, you should still get into the VHS bracket.
