8 AGI is much more valuable imo, it scales much better compared to 15 attack speed (based purely on a statistical POV). In regards to it being provided from neutral items, I think its effectiveness is highly dependent on how it complements the skill kit of your hero.

Grove bow is better than both on faceless void tho (if there's no better hero on your team)

But overall I would default to iron talon for strength heroes and pms for agi.

I don't like agi points unless I'm agi core.

Moon Shard 120 attack speed or Apex +75 primary attribute. If you are sure which one to choose between those two items, you will not confuse anymore. You will be called an idiot if you choose a specific item between those two.
