In Dota itself, you can see aghanim's upgrade and shard skills. The item is currently unavailable on Dotabuff's website.
hover over the shit thats to the right of their ultimate skill. there's a spot for aghs and aghs shard. just go into each hero and hover over it and it tells you what they do

I checked abilities but I don't think I see anything that would indicate if a shard/aghs was purchased. I do see some different color text but not sure about that either. I understand shard/aghs info can be found easily elsewhere, but I'm just curious about Dotabuff.
