Hi all

this is my first time posting here and hopefully the last in regard to the matter below.

I am coming here because I believe there is an injustice done to my account, I tried to lodge a ticket through steam but with no success and no intention to intervene in it and hopefully it is not coming from the administrators/moderators of Dota 2 or that would be a serious abuse of privileges (hence why I am asking all of you if & what I am possibly missing out on my view & picture below).

It all started roughly around 3 months ago where I found it extremely long to find a game most likely around 2-3 hours long of wait time, I did not had the best behaviour score back then (around 6.5k I think) but found it abnormally long to find a single game if you had to wait this much.
I shrug it off as maybe 6.5k was too low of a behaviour score so I decided to not worry about it too much and try to not flame if being provoked to raise my behaviour score

but then came the update of previous 15 matches and my behaviour score dropped to 5k something (as best as I can remember that's what it was) even after waiting such a long time to find games it had considerably dropped!
I did not had many reports and much more commend compared to it so I was not sure what was going on... (I wish I could've had print screen it back then as further evidence but didn't thought about it on the spot)

So I then decided to only play unrank all pick with 4 games mode selected to maximise my game finding (as I could not find a single game in rank) and I really try again not to flame at all and even not speak during the matches (even if its trying to help other team mates as they can interpret it badly). The following the 15 matches behaviour score update I had 33 commend and of course less then 3 reports but my behaviour score dropped again!!!! making my wait time even longer (up to 6 hours sometime), honestly how is this possible to keep on dropping that much behaviour score while being commended so much, maybe 2 report at max to possibly none! It was at this point I knew something terribly unfair was done to my account and I had to collect evidence to show it off and expose it

It's been a little over 3 weeks to have 15 games for this next behaviour score update! while waiting such a long time to find a game and still trying my best not to be put off by some horrible behaviour going on in those games, I still had FAR more commend then reports but there was again a considerable behaviour score dropped based off what??? 5 reports coming from several lost games that justify a 650 behaviour dropped while my commends were at 21 this time!?

but I need some help to not only expose this injustice and have my account restored!?
