Axe fucks Jugg to high hell, so does Puck. a lot of heroes can get out of jugg ult. Also Skull basher fucks Jugg. I've played as Jugg and felt inferior to other carries. A farmed PA with Abyssal will kill Jugg in 3 hits.

PA is useless until 30 minutes unless she gets a free lane and every game ends in 30 minutes.
