If you have 1 hour waiting time then you are in shadow pool and you are most probably very toxic.

is your behavior score lower than 4k? if yes, create new account, or only play during peak times on that acc until you get at least 6k behavior score.

if you are low behavior score, it will take 30 mins to 1 hour to find a match late at night and early morning

as someone who has boosted several accounts from the shadow pool, you will want another game to play while you're waiting for matchmaking to find your match or you will get very frustrated.

also consider queing into regions that has a higher chance of having dogs, so queue peru, queue SEA and queue eu east to find people who match your behavior score.

I have 9880 behavior score that time and now 10k and still its so long to queue. How to get back at normal queueing

I have 10k bhs, 3.8k mmr. Longest queue time I had in SEA region is 12 mins. Average queue time is around 4 mins.
Also, I play at awkward timings for that region aswell (between 2am to 7am).

Another unlikely reason might be that you are in smurf pool.

10k bhs, 3.5k mmr. Average queue for all role 1-3 mnt
Average queue for offlane,midlane,safelane around 5mnt
Average queue for safelane and midlane around 5 to 10 mnt

I have 10 accounts, the ones below 6k behavior score take 20+ minutes for matches and when you do, you get dog lvl games and not even worth playing. just buy a new account same mmr with 8k behavior score and support your local Ukrainian account buyers, they need money to fight russia!
