I mean, ehhhh. There are probably so many bugs. Also 2013 in terms of quality of life was so shit. I personally think the chase for nostalgia would not be worth it against the state of the game in 2013. I installed the old client before back during the sniper/troll patch and I wondered how I even got through the state of the game at that time..
there is 2013 Diretide in the arcade though and apparently a discord. You'd be better off trying to find a way to get that to work. I think the only reason it breaks is because its using the default map in dota, but the 7.27 map doesn't even exist dormant in the game files. They should have created a custom map that is a remnant of the 2013 map.
there are bugs, like fountain hook, skewer and (probably, haven't tested yet) moving buildings. otherwise game works fine, despite being hard, like no qol updates (stack and tower range, 135 gold TP and no slot, no stash, 1 courier...) , but hey it's kinda fun
