Well, I got the same problem, as I found out there was an identical problem about two years ago, and there was a fix that was working back then, but now I have no idea how to fix the issue.

Sorry, we've permanently stopped development and support for the Overwolf Dotabuff app - sorry for the inconvenience. This wasn't a decision we made lightly, but it was necessary due to a lack of stability and platform support around new Dota patches. We're considering alternatives, as well as working on a number of new features for the website.
Well, I'm cancelling my sub I guess since it's the only reason that made it worth it for me to subscribe. Not a huge fan of Overwolf, but I would love to see an alternative. Maybe standalone, or with Discord.

I wanted to try it, but when i start it its says:

Steam is open, i even tried to lock into Steam in Browser.
Any Ideas, or hints where it get help?
