just saying, not even myself can aggro properly lol
even almost like 90% of 5ks cant even do that stuff
so hard this game
and im a midlaner and offlaner too..
That's actually correct, aggoroing correctly isn't an easy task.
But let's be honest, there's a difference between knowing how to aggro and understanding the whole concept of it.

Congrats to OP for winning her first match. She did had an impact in a way indeed.
I kinda of enjoyed the game, even tho even for just being 4k myself, I managed to find lots of mistakes she made... (doesnt mean 2ks dont make the same mistakes regardless)
This is great, but i must remind everyone here you can't judge one's performance only by win / loss if op lose the game doesn't mean she's bad, maybe the draft, maybe the team play or simply wrong timing.
We should try to help each other here in forum to win and get better player. Judging others is not really helping anyone if not giving tips to get better :D
if you want to improve, you accept the fact that you are bad
one of my friend who is 5,7 or smth says he doesnt want to watch replay since he felt nothing to learn from 7k players, then i asked the guy why can't you beat iyd/miracle/rtz then,if there's nothing more to learn you should be able to beat everoyne already, then he realizes lmao
also his tournament team says to him that "GO WATCH REPLAYS FOR MORE SKILLZ"
(before he was always insult to me that only stupid people watch replays since he got to 6k by just playing the game hardcorely or something)
so yea,if you are content of what you are right now, you'll never improve
get out from your comfort zone, understands that you are also making a mistake and try to hate your mistakes=definitely will gonna improve
win/loss is a bad example.
some friend of mine manage to get 55 or 60% winrate but they only get carried in stack, at the end of the day they still plays like 1k like :
buy dust against brood, put sentry 2 millimeters from a ward, dies +18 times as support ("it's ok if i die"), don't know smoke of deceit, rush shadow blade on sniper and bf on jugg, only play micro heros to "select all units" etc etc...
or you can get 48% because you stop playing dota every month and comeback to get your ass slaped
btw guys is avengers infinity war worth watching? i only watched some of iron man, doctor strange and the new spiderman from marvel so idk if i will be able to enjoy it without really knowing events of previous films since they happen in the same timeline
last time i checked stating that my performance was outright garbage isnt denial
had u just said that it would be okay, but like the little bitch u are u had to throw another excuse for that. i will never respect people who make excuses
The only thing I can "clarify" is that she played it badly. Her being sober or not doesn't change much, because I wasn't next to her, so I can't say anything for sure.
I've seen many questionable plays, but then again, it's not like 2ks don't make that same plays too.
What's important is that so far, we have:
2 ranked matches in 2.9k bracket, out of which she won 1 and lost 1 - puts her at 50%. Not I'm not sure if she's gonna be able to maintain the 50%, but in a long run whe shall see I guess.
It's hard to tell from 2 matches if she's underperforming or not, because 2ks are just not good players to begin with.

I would recommend watching iron man, all 3 captain america films and all of the avengers films before infinity war if u want to properly understand it. dr.strange, black panther and thor are also pretty important as well
Well he's not. You're quite known for excuses. Doesn't make you a bad person, but for sure make you an excusable person. :D
People just write what they figure out, and what they figure is what you're showing them.
It's hard to be objective, but just open your topic and try to actually read your responses.
It's full of exucses. I guess this is why it's interesting, but while it's fun for us to watch you play in 2k and argue with you, I really don't think it's benefical for you at all.
But then again, who cares. This is why Internet is such good thing. Always something to do.
I shit on a lot of people for no reason and they don’t deserve it.
You on the other hand deserve everything we throw at you.
If you would just admit that you’re shit at the game and stop making excuses then we would not be so harsh.
Maybe you’re better than 3k but your attitude stinks and you always make up excuses.
The moment you stop making excuses and blaming others is when we stop being dicks.
No matter how bad your team may play, you always can improve.
Ignore everything they do and look at what you can do to improve.
You are the only constant in all your games.
I would recommend watching iron man, all 3 captain america films and all of the avengers films before infinity war if u want to properly understand it. dr.strange, black panther and thor are also pretty important as well
thats a lot of movies though, isnt there some summary or something?
3rd match --> https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/4117939720 this was a better game where I performed the best out of my team. Unfortunately I wasn't good enough to carry the game and made a few mistakes. Im not outright unhappy with my performance this game though, sadly I was let down by my own poor decisions as well as bad teammates in a disruptive lion and a poor void.
Well, realistically, if you saw one MCU movie, you saw them all (outside of Thor: Ragnarok maybe), so there is no need to bother with following up on the story, there is no reasonable coherent story to begin with. Just watch the most bombastic one (Infinity War).

gonna read up summaries and jump straight into iw then
4th game --> https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/4118015584 i am discounting this one since the monkey king purposefully threw the game from the start. We 100% would have won and were beating dire as a 4v5 but the spectre inevitably came online and made the game untenable. I personally had a rough start in the offlane but dominated the mid game before the game was ruined late.
really? how the fuck is one of my teammates going afk in the jungle for half an hour an excuse? You would feel the same if you were in that game on my side.
@OP Because you yourself were afk in the jungle for the entirety of the previous ursa game after getting a great start? It's very simple - you lost the game, there was something you could have done better. Your teammate is jungling? Ask them to join the team at the objective. Politely. No reaction? Lure some enemies in to force him to fight. He deliberatly avoids fighting? Stalk him and farm all the surrounding camps so that he's forced to do smth else.
There are always ways to deal with every ingame situation, some more reliable, some less, and unless someone is dc'd before first blood, every game counts.
^I dont mean he was farming I mean he was literally AFK. He marked the offlane and said he would pos 4 monkey king, so I also went off as a pos 3 windranger. He then started flaming at me for taking his farm despite the fact that we said what positions we were going to play, and after he died around the 5 minute mark he said he was going AFK. He then didnt leave the jungle once the whole game and when we asked him to help us he told us to fuck ourselves.
I bet when he started flaming you did not offer him to actually take cs. I mean MK needs farm way more than WR anyways. You could have offered a solution that does not involve hoping he actually knows what numbered farm priorities mean. Did he act like a not so nice individual? Sure thing. Did you compound the problem. Same.
You on the other hand deserve everything we throw at you.
If you would just admit that you’re shit at the game and stop making excuses then we would not be so harsh.
Sounds like an excuse for your shitty attitude, which is a bit hypocritical. Not everybody needs to prostrate themselves to be treated with respect.
I think op is a nice person, just need some coaching to improve
you can definitely judge someone's performance by win loss on some bracket, even some guys in 6ks or 7ks can judge me also
No I'm not talking in long run, I'm talking about 1 game where at least according to dota matchmaking it's a 50-50 chance to win or lose where you find in some games that's simply not winnable (because of random factor outside skillset)
sorry, you are jus bad. 1k you should be getting 30-0 score easily.. but 4-5k games are easier than 3k i agree. 3k games are weird af and i don't know how to cooperate with weird tactix.
just saying, not even myself can aggro properly lol

i was the huskar
This is great, but i must remind everyone here you can't judge one's performance only by win / loss if op lose the game doesn't mean she's bad, maybe the draft, maybe the team play or simply wrong timing.
ty
I go watch some Huskar play
Replay not yet downloadable :D FUCK dota I want something to watch
:( I want to watch that game where none bought linken vs Spirit breaker
you can definitely judge someone's performance by win loss on some bracket, even some guys in 6ks or 7ks can judge me also
more excuses lmao
Actually the correct way to judge someone's performance is by win/loss, becuase at the end of the day that's what matters.
If you are capable of winning more than losing in a long run (decent sample size) that's what matters.
We should try to help each other here in forum to win and get better player. Judging others is not really helping anyone if not giving tips to get better :D

Watching PRO games for learning u need to know what u want to improve so watching your own replays often works better and then watch pro!
I watch my games and friends games all the time and I see lot of mistakes then I watch pro games...
Ofc pro gamers do things shitty too so dont try to copy them directly
2nd game https://www.dotabuff.com/matches/4117799752 was outright garbage. @vertoxity will attest to the fact that im not sober. will post more games when im sober.
i can't bear to watch this denial.

Stats on my alt (started boosting at 1900 mmr) say otherwise: https://www.dotabuff.com/players/853302002/matches?date=month&enhance=overview
4800 here
Just get gud lol

@ playforfun
Yes it's worth watching.
thanks, ill give it a try tommorow then
If she does not maintain 50% then we will see a bunch of excuses. She was tired, she was drunk, her man beat her and she played while depressed, etc.

Well not everything. Many people (me lncluded) insulted her a bit way too much at the start.
This is not the way to help someone who's incompetent and delusional. This is why many people give up on Dota 2 in general.
Constant Internet trools and people who feed their ego by flaming/insulting/enjoying analizing others way too much.
thats a lot of movies though, isnt there some summary or something?
You can just google some basics, but I really see no point of watching Infinity War if you didn't watch everything that came before that.
that sucks cuz i dont feel like watching so many movies, are they even good? dunno anything about captain america movies
